OVERVIEW

The organization was founded in May of 1997 by Cindy L. Beutke and was located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Cindy was previously a Vice President for three years at Leadership Partners, Inc. in Downers Grove, Illinois, an affiliate of Leadership Management Inc., a training and development organization. After the first three months of representing Leadership Management Inc. Cindy saw the power of the tools and the impact on people to change their lives and achieve their goals. Coming from an entrepreneurial family of both parents having their own businesses, she had the desire from an early age to become a business owner someday as well. After experiencing the results of the development process for herself and in working with clients she knew this was the profession for her. She set a goal to start her own business within five years and achieved it in three.

In April of 1997 she departed Leadership Partners, Inc. and started Leadership Results, Inc. LRI has a suite of products and services from assessment tools, behavior development processes, seminars and workshops as well as a strategic planning process that is offered to serve our clients. The goal in working with the clients is to clearly define the end result they desire and then to utilize the resources LRI has to meet the need. Typically an assessment tool is a good place to start. This affirms the strength of the person or organization and identifies the areas of development to select the right resource for growth. The majority of work is done at the client's site to keep the participants in their natural environment and eliminate wasted time in travel. We are flexible in working with the client to achieve the end result. Based upon the need we can work with an individual or groups for development. A mutually agreeable schedule is determined between the client and the facilitator. The organization has had consistent growth and has been recognized in the top franchises in the United States. Leadership Results, Inc. received the Progress Growth Award the first year in business and Cindy has been a member of the President's club, Golden Eagle Squadron and Top Producers for LMI. She also served as the Chairperson for the LMI Advisory Team in 2001, and as a team member in 2002. In February 2004 the organization moved to Aurora, Illinois and resides there currently.
